For the purpose of informing on potential or committed violations of clauses of the Codebook of Business Conduct and Ethics, corruption and fraud, as well as other legislation pertaining to the sphere of the Company’s activities, please write to hotline@viva.am. To place a free call from another country, please follow the instructions posted on the www.viva.am/hot_line. Please note that the Unified Hotline is maintained by an independent third party.
You can also report on violations by filling in a simple application on the website.
The Company guarantees confidentiality and non-disclosure of personal data of applicants at acceptance and examination of applications. The Company obliges to prevent actions in response against persons acting with good faith, reporting about violations. Violations can also be reported anonymously. At the same time, submitting intentionally false or misleading information is not allowed.
Complaints regarding the subscriber services, as well as grievances regarding the quality of subscriber services, are not examined in the scope of the line’s operations. For these purposes, please refer to the Contact Center at phone numbers 333 or +374 94 297333.
